About the Role
You will work primarily in family law, managing your own files and providing clear, practical advice to clients during often challenging circumstances. Experience or knowledge in criminal law will be highly regarded.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Unrestricted practicing certificate required with minimum 3 years PQE
Strong working knowledge of family law legislation and procedure
Criminal law experience is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine client-focused approach
Ability to travel between our Victorian offices located in Pakenham, Knoxfield, Dandenong and Melbourne.
Ability to travel between various Courts across Victoria, and if required, interstate.
Choice to base yourself from our Knoxfield or Pakenham office
