Synonymous with high quality legal services and solutions across all areas of practice, the partners are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to play a leading role in the management of the firm.
An exciting new role which reports to the Managing Partner, the Chief Operating Officer will be a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team, responsible for transforming strategic priorities into operational excellence. The role will ensure the firm operates efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with its values—supporting partners and teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes in a modern legal environment.
The successful applicant will have proven executive leadership experience in a professional services environment, strong commercial, financial and operational acumen and excellent people and communication skills. The ability to lead complex change with pragmatism and empathy as well as a demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership, inclusion and professional standards are essential.
