About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to join our client's growing property law practice in Brisbane. You will play a pivotal role handling a broad range of property matters including residential and commercial transactions, off-the-plan purchases, developments, leasing and foreign investment matters.
Working closely with a well-established client base, including high-net-worth investors and multinational enterprises, you’ll provide tailored legal advice in Mandarin or Cantonese and act as a cultural bridge to ensure seamless client service.

The firm is known for fostering a collaborative and respectful culture, with a strong focus on mentoring and career growth. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers who are leaders in their field and who value diversity, precision, and dedication.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted to practice as a solicitor in Queensland
• 4+ years’ PAE in Property Law (private practice experience needed)
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (both highly regarded)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in residential and commercial transactions, leasing, or development
• Ability to manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism
• Commitment to high ethical standards and attention to detail
