A fantastic suburban firm is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to join their collaborative and friendly team. This is a broad, hands on commercial role, offering exposure to business and share sales, corporate structuring, shareholder and unitholder agreements, leasing, and other commercial matters, with opportunities to touch employment, IP, and general disputes.

You’ll work with a diverse client base, including SMEs, medical and health practices, retailers, and financial professionals - gaining meaningful experience from day one in a high quality but balanced environment.

About the role:

• Broad commercial practice with potential exposure to litigation and general commercial disputes, allowing you to build a well rounded skill set.
• Work closely with a Partner and a supportive mid-level team, benefiting from mentorship while contributing to real client matters from the start.
• Flexible billable expectations with genuine scope for long term progression as the practice grows.
• Hands on experience across a wide variety of commercial matters, ensuring each day is engaging and challenging.
