This modern large boutique law practice is now looking for a commercial litigation lawyer. This role has arisen from one of their lawyers moving to a new country.

You will be joining a modern boutique practice with a loyal and growing client base. You will enjoy working directly with clients, providing them with a full range of commercial dispute solutions. The firm offers personalised and attentive service to all clients.

The firm has a welcoming and relaxed professional culture. You will work closely with colleagues in small teams and will enjoy regular social events. They have an excellent record for staff retention with a number of staff having remained with the firm for 10 years.

The Role

You will be working upon a full range of commercial litigation matters. The firm is consistently busy and there is no requirement to bring any work with you.
Your matters will include:

• contractual disputes;
• building and construction disputes
• property disputes;
• insolvency and debt recovery matters; and
• trade practices matters.
