The role

• Manage a varied caseload across parenting, property, divorce, and financial matters
• Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
• Work closely with senior lawyers and partners while mentoring junior staff
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients in sensitive and complex matters

About you

• Minimum 2+ years PAE in Family Law (more senior applicants are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Confident advocate with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Compassionate communicator who can support clients through challenging circumstances
• Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collegiate culture
