About theRole
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor/Associate to join our team in Perth. This position will involve defendinga variety of claims brought against directors, officers and companies acrossthe financial services, construction, property, and allied health industries. There will be an opportunity towork directly with most local and international participants in the financiallines market, andto be involved in a diverse range of litigated and non-litigated matters. You’llcollaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Toby Barrieand Jason Hart – principals who are committed to empowering you and yourcareer progression.
About You
If the followingsounds like you, we would love to hear from you:
- 2+ years' PAE;
- previous defendant insurance experience (preferably professional indemnity);
- ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- effective communication skills; and
- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
