About the roleAn opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Junior Lawyer or Law Graduate to join our growing team in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
Australian Workplace Law Pty Ltd is a Perth based employment law and industrial relations firm servicing a wide range of employer clients, from national corporations to local businesses, operating in a broad range of industries. You will work alongside a passionate, dynamic and committed team with a tailored approach to practicing employment law and industrial relations.
Full time and part time options for employment can be considered.
What you'll be doingThe role will involve facilitating the development and/or provision of advice on a wide range of matters including:legislative, award and enterprise agreement research and interpretation;employment contract, policy and enterprise agreement development;performance management; dispute resolution;workplace investigations;unfair dismissal and general protections claims; discrimination; andgeneralised employment related matters.
