About the Firm:

As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Corporate / M&A Lawyer who is passionate about leadership, client development, and delivering strategic legal solutions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the national team. You’ll manage a variety of corporate and transactional matters, provide expert legal advice to clients, and play an integral role in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of corporate / M&A transactions with minimal supervision.
• Advise clients on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and construction contracts.
• Work closely with the Principal Lawyer to support strategic firm growth.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers, fostering professional development.

About You:

• At least 4 years' PAE/PQE in Corporate Law with strong M&A experience.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
