About the role:

• Work closely with experienced Partners in Sydney and other interstate offices.
• Advise ASX-listed companies, corporate regulators and medium to large corporations.
• Be involved in general commercial litigation, dispute resolution and financial regulatory matters such as negligence claims, contractual disputes, regulatory matters and allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 3+ years’ experience.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Highly developed interpersonal and business building skills,
