They are looking for exceptional lawyers who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A genuine interest in plaintiff representation
  

• Minimum 1 year of post-admission experience in a personal injury litigation
  

• Or 2 years pre-admission experience
  

• Experience in the areas of personal injury, and ideally, TPD (Total and permanent disability) is highly desirable but not essential.
  

• A proactive client service-oriented attitude
  

• Strong work ethic, a keen analytical mind, and unwavering determination to succeed.
