RND Lawyers is a boutique commercial legal and consultancy firm founded in 1989.

Based in East Melbourne (on the CBD fringe), RND Lawyers services small, medium and large enterprises as well as private individuals, family groups and corporates, nationally and internationally.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated lawyer with at least three years’ postadmission experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced directors who provide strong mentorship across property, commercial, and estate planning matters.

 This role will incorporate multiple areas of practice, with a focus on conveyancing/property law and estate planning, with responsibility for managing matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will handle residential and commercial property transactions, retail and commercial leasing, and the preparation of Wills, powers of attorney, probate applications and related estate planning matters.

Core responsibilities include:

Managing client files and progressing matters efficiently
Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts, transfers, leases, and estate planning documents
Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and procedural requirements

Requirements

About You

 Ideal candidates will have:

      A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience;

      Current admission to practice law in Victoria;

      strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

      Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.

      Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team as required.
