About the role:

• Deliver sharp, commercial advice across employment, IR and WHS
• Run with a mix of advisory and disputes work, including workplace investigations
• Support real-time safety risk management and incident response
• Assist on regulatory matters, including WHS and Electrical Safety prosecutions
• Draft and refine contracts, policies, procedures and compliance docs
• Help manage Fair Work Commission and other tribunal matters
• Turn legislation and case law into clear, practical recommendations
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, with exposure to BD

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted to practice in Australia
• Upwards of 2 years PQE in employment law and/or related litigation
• WHS/workplace safety exposure is a plus (not a must)
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills, and confident in a disputes environment
• Sharp researcher with good systems discipline (document management systems experience ideal)
