About The RoleMy client is seeking a talented 4+ PQE Litigation Lawyer to join them. This is a newly-created role, driven by new work in:Commercial and contractual disputes/litigation Corporate and shareholder disputesProperty-related litigationInsolvency and professional negligenceReview and negotiation of commercial contractsSome corporate transactional work
You will have frequent opportunities to appear in court and build strong advocacy skills. You’ll work closely with senior practitioners and act for large corporate clients, including hotel operators, real estate developers, and institutional businesses.
What You’ll Bring4+ years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and contractual disputesStrong drafting skills (pleadings, affidavits, advice)Confidence in advocacy and court appearancesAbility to work collaboratively in a lean, hands-on team
