About the Role:
Working with the Member Services Team, the Member Services Coordinator will be actively involved in member renewals activities, focusing on an outbound engagement program for practising LIV Members. This role will play a key role in the annual renewals campaign conducting outbound calls to members who have not yet renewed. Other responsibilities include supporting the achievement of LIV membership targets through a range of member engagement, acquisition, retention and satisfaction strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting campaigns to drive awareness of product and service offerings to members and enhance customer engagement through delivery of outbound campaign activities
- Conduct an outbound lapsed member calls with a focus on renewals and informing members of the services and support available through the LIV
- Maintain CRM database and ensure data integrity, and maintain member details

The LIV offers a flexible and hybrid working arrangement (WFH 2-3 days per week).
