YOUR ROLE
As a key valued lawyer, reporting to & being mentored 1:1 by a talented senior TEAM LEADER you will love the variety + immense satisfaction helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their :
- Workers Compensation/work injury damages; and
- Common law claims (CTP & public liability).
You will be at the ‘front-line’ highly autonomously managing your own files and clients. Specifically, you will be:
- Meeting with clients/obtaining instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claims, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted solicitor in NSW;
- have minimum 2 years post-admission OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
- have had statutory workers compensation experience (essential) + preferably one or more other areas of common law eg WID, public liability, CTP law;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
