We are seeking a Principal Lawyer to join our Family Law team. This role offers the autonomy to manage and grow your practice, supported by the resources and reputation of Western Sydney’s leading law firm. You will work with a sophisticated client base on complex matters, contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, and play an active role in mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers. What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced practitioner who brings both expertise and leadership:10+ years PQE in Family Law with practical experience across divorce, parenting, property, financial agreements and child supportProven ability to build, manage and grow strong client relationshipsDemonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing cultureStrategic thinking and the ambition to contribute not only as a practitioner, but as a leader in shaping the future of the firmA track record of growing a practice through reputation, referral networks and consistent delivery of high-quality work
