About the role
The Find Your Lawyer Referral Service provides callers with referrals to appropriate legal firms and/or other information agencies, as well as database and administration support to maintain the accuracy of referrals.
This role requires the ability to deliver high quality, accurate and client focussed information services through the LIV Find Your Lawyer Referral Service.
Responsibilities of Find Your Lawyer Referral Service include:
Ensure a responsive service that demonstrates an understanding of the client’s inquiry.
In accordance with procedures and protocols, conduct a brief interview with the client in order to make appropriate referrals.
Provide clients with accurate information about the referral service and where appropriate other services available to them.
About you
The successful candidate will possess a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will have highly developed communication and inter-personal skills with exposure to a call centre environment managing high volume calls. At times you will need to have the ability to respectfully manage challenging or distressed clients.
Desirable:
2-3 years phone experience in a busy work environment
