Our client is seeking a confident and capable Abuse Lawyer (5+ years PAE) who is ready to step into a role where your work truly matters. In this role, you will:
- Manage your own file load with autonomy and confidence
- Work directly with injured clients, guiding them through sensitive and complex Abuse Law claims
- Drive matters forward strategically from inception to resolution
- Collaborate with highly experienced senior lawyers who will support and mentor you
- Leverage first-class infrastructure, IT systems and administrative support to help you perform at your best
What You’ll Bring
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years PAE, with solid exposure to personal injury matters (Abuse Law experience highly regarded)
- The confidence to manage files independently and proactively
- A genuine drive for career progression and ongoing professional development
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy when working with vulnerable clients
- Strong file management and time management capabilities
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- The resilience to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- A strong technical understanding of personal injury preparation and strategy
