About the position:

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex and high-profile criminal law matters, including serious offences, white-collar crime, and appellate advocacy. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor junior practitioners, shaping their professional growth while playing a key role in the firm's strategic direction. With a strong emphasis on work-life balance and regular team-building activities, this position is ideal for someone who values both professional achievement and personal well-being.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of post-admission experience in criminal law (private practice preferred)
• Expertise in high-stakes criminal defence, appellate matters, and advocacy
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex cases independently
• Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Commitment to excellence in client service and legal outcomes
