About the Role: As a Senior Family Lawyer, you’ll have autonomy over your files and the opportunity to significantly boost your income through KPIs and performance-based incentives. You’ll work on high-value parenting and property matters, supported by a strong legal team and well-resourced admin staff.

Types of matters include:

• Complex separations and parenting disputes
• Financial agreements and spousal maintenance
• High-net-worth asset divisions and recovery orders

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years PAE in family law
• Comfortable with private billing and managing files end-to-end
• Strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness
• Keen to take advantage of a results-focused structure
