We are looking for a strong 5+ PQE Senior Lawyer to join our highly successful Corporate practice group. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers as well as our Growth, Tech and Marketing teams to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and not for profit advice.

This position is ideal for a mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients. Experience managing people is preferred.

• Experienced: At least 5+ years of corporate law experience in a reputable law firm. Additional experience with general commercial contracts will be highly valued.
