• Run files with autonomy and work closely with experienced Partners.
• Managing a varied caseload across property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and divorce.
• Draft and negotiate agreements/court documents.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.

• 5+ years PQE and have a sound understanding of the Family Law Act.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to manage matters with confidence and empathy.
