• Very flexible working arrangements (open to fully remote, but ideally 3 days per week in office).
• No strict daily targets & reasonable billable hours (5-6 hours/day).

• Our client is a specialist property and estate firm with almost 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, as well as its expertise in wills, estates and commercial leasing.
• The team prides itself on clear communication, practical advice and highly efficient settlements, backed by strong client reviews and repeat work from agents, investors and families across the state.

• Work closely with the Director of the firm and run your files with autonomy.
• Work on a split of matter between leasing for landlords, commercial conveyancing and residential contracts.
• Supervise and mentor to junior lawyers within the team.

• Have at least 5+ PQE in commercial property, leasing and commercial sales/purchases.
• Capable of managing their own files and keep things moving with minimal supervision.
• Have a good billing history, ensuring targets are met.

• We have access to 50% more roles than are publicly available.
