About the Position: Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Personal Injury Lawyer (5+ years PAE) to lead high-value compensation matters in their South Brisbane team.

This is a leadership-focused opportunity where you’ll manage a sophisticated caseload involving motor vehicle accident claims, workers’ compensation, and public liability. You’ll also take on a strategic role, mentoring junior staff, refining case strategies, and helping strengthen the overall performance of the practice.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years PAE in personal injury (plaintiff) litigation
• Solid understanding of Queensland compensation law and claims processes
• Experience managing large personal injury caseloads independently
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to develop and mentor others
• A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
