About the Role

DD Lawyers' is a boutique law firm, seeking an experienced conveyancer or solicitor to join their property law team in Wishart, Queensland for start in the new year. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in providing end-to-end conveyancing services to clients. If you have a passion for property law and a strong customer service approach, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected legal practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish

• Conduct title and contract reviews, prepare and lodge documents with the Land Titles Office

• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process

• Provide prompt, clear and accurate advice to clients on all legal matters related to their property transaction

• Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing regulations

• Work independently but also work in a team environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience working as a Conveyancer/Conveyancing Paralegal/Property Law Solicitor

• Comprehensive knowledge of property law, conveyancing practices and procedures

• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in plain language

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Pleasant and confident phone ethics

• Proficient in using conveyancing software (Smokeball, PEXA) and Microsoft Office applications

• Legal or conveyancing qualifications highly regarded
