About the Position: This is more than just a job — it’s a genuine career pathway. Our client is seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience who is eager to take the next step towards seniority and specialisation.

You'll be empowered to manage your own files, expand your legal expertise, and contribute to the strategic development of the practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into a leadership track, supported by a tailored career development plan and regular performance check-ins.

What you’ll work on:

• Handling complex estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters
• Advising on family provision claims, powers of attorney, and succession structures
• Drafting advanced legal documents and guiding high-value clients
• Representing clients through dispute resolution processes and litigation
• Collaborating across departments for holistic legal solutions

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
• Strong foundation in estate planning and file management
• Commitment to growing into a senior or leadership role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
