Started by Joel Orenstein in 2009, we are Children's Court specialists and recognised industry practice leaders in child protection, youth and adult crime.
We predominantly represent children and adults in relation to applications brought by the Police (criminal cases) or the Department of Families Fairness and Housing (Child Protection) in the Children’s Court of Victoria.
