About the Position: Our client is currently seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 3–5+ years of post-admission experience to join their Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. You will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of files involving contract disputes, insolvency litigation, shareholder actions, regulatory matters, and business restructuring.

You’ll be working alongside senior legal experts in a team that values precision, strategy, and client satisfaction. The position involves advising commercial clients, preparing court documentation, engaging in settlement negotiations, and taking on advocacy work in various jurisdictions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on complex litigation and wants to continue developing in a structured, well-supported environment.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5+ years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with matters such as contractual disputes, insolvency, and director/shareholder litigation
• Ability to manage files autonomously and work collaboratively
• Admitted to practise in Western Australia
