Commercial Litigation Lawyer (4+ PAE) – Remote Role with Brisbane Court Work
A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join its practice in a genuinely flexible role, working remotely from a home office in Brisbane.
This position is designed for an established litigator who wants to continue doing high-quality commercial disputes work while stepping away from rigid firm structures, long office hours and daily commuting.
About the role
You will work on a range of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Running matters with a high level of autonomy from commencement to resolution
- Commercial disputes across state and federal jurisdictions
- Drafting pleadings, interlocutory applications and written advices
- Attending mediations and settlement conferences
- Appearing in Brisbane courts when required
- Maintaining direct client relationships and strategic oversight of matters
About you
You will ideally have:
- 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation
- Confidence appearing before Brisbane courts
- Strong drafting, advisory and litigation strategy skills
- The ability to work independently and manage files remotely
- Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills
- A professional and self-directed approach
