About the role!

You will work across:

• share and asset sales
• due diligence and transaction support
• commercial agreements and business contracts
• property transactions
• leasing matters and general property advice
• construction contracts
• client relationship development and ongoing advisory support

You will be trusted to run files end-to-end while also supporting larger matters and contributing to long-term client relationships.

What you'll bring!

You will likely have 2–5 years PQE in commercial and/or property law, ideally from private practice, and be admitted or eligible to practise in Queensland.

You will bring strong drafting capability, attention to detail, sound judgment and the confidence to take ownership of files. Experience across transactions, property work, leasing and commercial advice will set you up well here, along with a collaborative style and an interest in developing client relationships over time.
