- Construction & Infrastructure Disputes Lawyer (Senior Associate) New
Description
Join one of Brisbane’s leading national firms as a Construction Senior Associate, and become part of a highly respected team known for its expertise in construction law and major project disputes.
Working closely with industry-recognised Partners featured in Doyle’s Guide, Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Best Lawyers Australia, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including:
- Major projects across resources, renewables, transport and social infrastructure
- Domestic and international arbitration
- Litigation across the Supreme, Federal and High Courts
- Security of Payment adjudications
- Construction contract disputes (both front-end advisory and back-end claims)
- Contract risk management and strategic advisory work
This is a role where you’ll be challenged, supported and trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one.
About You
- 5+ years PAE, at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Experience in back-end construction, or a disputes lawyer keen to specialise
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail and solid academic background
