About the Position: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join this thriving practice. In this role, you will handle a broad range of legal matters, including:

• Business structuring, acquisitions, and sales
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Risk management and commercial dispute resolution
• Franchising, intellectual property, and business negotiations

You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain direct client exposure, and have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while handling complex and rewarding legal matters.
Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years PAE in corporate or commercial law (private practice preferred)
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively and meet deadlines
• Commercial acumen with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
