Our Melbourne based client has just moved into gorgeous new CBD offices and is growing. We are looking for a Commercial & Corporate Lawyer (3 years to SA). You’ll be joining a dynamic, energetic partnership that values people who take ownership, enjoy client relationships and genuinely care about delivering an exceptional experience.
The role
You’ll work closely with two highly regarded Partners across a broad mix of commercial and corporate matters, including:
- M&A and business sales
- Shareholder, partnership and structuring work
- Commercial contracts and advisory
- Governance and general corporate matters
You’ll have meaningful client contact from day one and the autonomy to run matters appropriate to your level.
