About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their prestigious Brisbane office as an Associate or Senior Associate. This is more than just a legal role — it’s a genuine long-term career opportunity with a clearly defined pathway to senior leadership and, for the right candidate, eventual partnership.
You will work alongside respected leaders in the field of family law, managing a diverse caseload involving high-value property settlements, complex parenting matters, financial agreements, and family business interests. The Brisbane team collaborates closely with their national counterparts, offering the ideal blend of local influence and national support.

This role is suited to a lawyer who is serious about progressing their legal career and stepping into a leadership position in the years ahead. Key Requirements:

• 3–8 years’ post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Experience handling property, parenting, and financial matters
