About the Role
Due to continued growth, the Insurance team is looking to welcome an additional lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of complex matters, including:
- Public Liability
- Product Liability
- Property Damage
- Indemnity Issues
You’ll gain exposure to matters across the District, Supreme and High Courts, with involvement in proceedings, mediations and settlements. The client base is broad and high calibre, including:
- International insurers
- Claims companies
- Large brokers
- Underwriters
- Third-party administrators
- Corporate insureds
You’ll have the autonomy to run your own files and build strong client relationships, while still being supported and mentored by experienced, well-recognised leaders.
About You
- 2+ years PAE in defendant insurance (up to Associate level encouraged to apply)
- Experience from a reputable specialist, mid-tier or top-tier firm
- Strong technical ability and confidence managing litigation matters
- A collaborative, solutions-focused and client-centric approach
