About the position:

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer (minimum 2 years PAE) to join our client's close-knit practice. This is the perfect role for someone who wants meaningful involvement in family law matters while enjoying the benefits of supportive leadership and a genuinely flexible workplace.

You’ll oversee files from inception to finalisation across:

• Parenting arrangements and custody disputes
• Property division and binding financial agreements
• Divorce proceedings and intervention orders

With a sensible daily target of 5 billable hours, you’ll have the freedom to focus on quality outcomes without the pressure of unrealistic KPIs. Performance is recognised through regular reviews, and your long-term career is backed by a clear path to more senior roles within the practice.

Key Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years’ post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Proven ability to handle matters autonomously
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Australian working rights required
