Senior Lawyer / Special Counsel – Professional Indemnity
A senior practitioner to take carriage of complex professional indemnity disputes, provide strategic oversight on significant matters, and play a key mentoring role within the team.
Solicitors / Associates – 2–5 PQE
Lawyers with insurance or litigation experience who are looking for meaningful hands-on exposure across claims management, advisory work and defended proceedings.
The Work Involves
Managing insurance and professional indemnity disputes
Advising on liability, coverage and litigation strategy
Drafting pleadings, advices and settlement documentation
Liaising directly with insureds, insurers and external Counsel
Contributing to a collaborative and technically strong team environment
Lawyers with relevant insurance or litigation experience
Strong drafters with sound analytical ability
Confident communicators who can manage stakeholder relationships
