Not every plaintiff role is built around volume. Our client is one of Queensland's most respected boutique plaintiff firms, known for delivering outstanding client outcomes while providing lawyers with the time, mentoring and support needed to do their best work.

Located on Brisbane's northside, this opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who wants to build a long-term career in personal injury law without the daily commute into the CBD or across the river.

The Role
Working closely with experienced Partners, you'll advise clients across a broad range of plaintiff matters including:

• Motor vehicle accident claims
• WorkCover claims
• Public liability matters

Importantly, this is not a high-volume practice.

Typical caseloads sit at around 40 files, allowing lawyers to focus on strategy, client care and achieving excellent outcomes rather than simply managing numbers.

You'll receive genuine mentoring from approachable Partners who remain actively involved in both the legal work and the development of their team.

About You
We're looking for a lawyer with approximately 2-7 years' PAE who has:

• Plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury law
• A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing technically

• Salary between $100,000-$170,000 depending on experience
