The Firm
A specialist law firm with more than three decades advising Australian and international corporate clients. This is not a generalist practice that happens to do liability work, professional indemnity, D&O and management liability is the firm's core business. Staff turnover is low, long-service leave is routinely achieved and the culture is described as down-to-earth and genuine.

The Timing
The Professional Liability team is well-established and this practice is growing in line with demand across corporate Australia. Two experienced partners are actively involved in this hire and committed to developing the person who fills it. This isn't a replacement role plugging a gap, it's a considered investment in building out a specialism.

The Work Itself
Your practice will centre on Employment Practices Liability. Matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and the liability exposures that arise when employment relationships break down inside corporate and institutional settings. You'll be running matters that require you to think across two bodies of law, advising clients on coverage questions, disputes and the exposure management that sits beneath both. You can expect direct partner access that will allow you to further develop your practice.

You're at associate level with up to six years' PAE and a background in employment law, professional indemnity, or management liability.
