HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a respected mid-tier Brisbane law firm to appoint a Property Lawyer (Associate level) to join its growing commercial property practice. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer seeking strong mentorship, genuine client exposure, and hands-on involvement across a diverse range of commercial property matters. Working closely with highly experienced senior practitioners, you will gain direct guidance and support while building deep technical expertise in a collaborative and development-focused environment.

Managing commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Advising on retail, commercial, and industrial leasing matters
Supporting property development transactions and structuring advice
Conducting due diligence and drafting contracts and property documentation
Advising on title, easements, covenants, and property compliance issues
Working directly with developers, investors, landlords, and commercial clients

You'll work directly with highly experienced property and commercial practitioners who are actively involved in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. The team operates in a collaborative, hands-on environment with strong Partner involvement across all matters and a genuine focus on technical growth and career progression.

2-5+ years PAE in property or commercial law
Experience across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, or development matters
Strong drafting and communication skills
Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
Motivated to build technical expertise and client relationships
Seeking mentorship and hands-on responsibility within a collaborative team.
