Description

A number of our clients in Perth, including highly regarded large boutique and mid-tier law firms, are seeking experienced Property/Real Estate Lawyers, ranging from Associate level through to Special Counsel, to join their practices.

Across these firms, you will act for a sophisticated client base including developers, corporates, government bodies and private clients, providing both depth and variety of work.

These opportunities sit within well-established and growing property practice groups, offering the chance to work closely with respected Partners on a broad range of high-quality matters, within firms known for their strong market positioning and client relationships.

Depending on the firm and team, you will work across a broad non-contentious property practice, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of property and business assets
• Land development and development agreements
• Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
• Land use, titles, easements and compulsory acquisitions

About You

• Minimum of 4+ years’ PAE in Property/Real Estate law
• Experience across transactions, leasing or development work
• Strong drafting ability and commercial acumen
• Confident managing matters and building client relationships
