About the position:

Our client is looking for a driven Commercial & Property Lawyer ready to take the next step in their legal career. Whether you’re currently at Associate level or already acting as a Senior Associate, this role offers a clearly defined progression pathway in a firm that actively nurtures growth and leadership potential.

You’ll work closely with senior practitioners and be exposed to high-quality matters across:

• Commercial transactions, joint ventures, and business structuring
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
• Strategic advisory work for developers, SMEs, and private clients

You’ll be given every opportunity to build your own profile, contribute to firm growth, and be rewarded for your initiative.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ PAE in commercial and/or property law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent commercial judgment and attention to detail
