What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join a collaborative Corporate practice, guiding clients through the full deal lifecycle from diligence through signing, supported by senior mentors and a cross-practice network.

• Draft and negotiate sale agreements, scheme booklets and disclosure documents
• Conduct due diligence, risk analysis and vendor briefings
• Liaise with finance, tax and ESG teams on regulatory compliance
• Support execution on public and private M&A mandates

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a large or mid-tier firm
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle varied files
• Excellent drafting, verbal communication & stakeholder management
• A positive, team-based approach and client-first mentality
