What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage your own employment law matters in a calm, high-performing environment that respects individuality and wellbeing.

• Advise on contracts, restructures, dismissals and compliance
• Represent clients before the Fair Work Commission and courts
• Draft clear, practical employment agreements and policies
• Provide HR advisory support to loyal employer clients

What You’ll Bring

• 6-8 years’ PQE in employment or workplace law
• Genuine interest in working with employer clients
• Sound drafting and advisory skills
• Empathetic communicator who values collaboration
