The Opportunity:

As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, managing a diverse caseload, and contributing to the firm’s continued success. You will work alongside experienced and well-connected industry professionals, leveraging the firm’s national and international networks to provide exceptional service to clients.

Your Role:

• Oversee and manage high-net-worth family law matters, including:
  • Divorce & separation
  • Property settlements & financial agreements
  • Parenting disputes & child support
  • Spousal maintenance & relocation matters
• Provide strategic legal advice tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team
• Contribute to business development and firm-wide initiatives
• Work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled family lawyers

What We’re Looking For!

• 6+ years PAE in family law with proven experience in complex matters
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
• A commercial mindset with experience in business development
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• A drive for excellence with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal solutions
