Duties
In this role, you will: 

• Manage a diverse family law caseload with a focus on complex parenting and property matters
• Draft and negotiate high-quality legal documents including BFAs and parenting plans
• Appear in court and represent clients in mediations and negotiations
• Work directly with private clients and provide strategic, practical advice
• Contribute to firm growth through client development and mentoring where appropriate

Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years’ PAE in a broad range of Family law matters; incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, child support, children's issues incl. Hague convention, defacto & same sex relationships etc.
• Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law
• Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail
• Passionate about their career - help grow the business and be a future Partner
• Excellent 'client service' & attention to detail
• Enjoy being an integral team player.
