- The team advises across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contract structuring through to dispute resolution.

Work across a broad range of construction and infrastructure matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating construction, engineering and infrastructure contracts.
- Advising on procurement strategies, project delivery models and risk allocation.
- Major project documentation and contract administration issues.
- Construction disputes involving delay, disruption, variations, defects and payment claims.
- Security of payment matters and other statutory construction claims.
- Litigation, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution.
- Providing strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of major projects.
- Managing matters and developing strong relationships with key clients.
- 5+ years’ PQE, with construction & Infrastructure experience, across front-end, back-end or a combination of both.
- Strong drafting, technical and commercial skills.
- Experience gained within a reputable construction, projects or disputes practice.
- Confident managing matters and dealing directly with sophisticated clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
