About the Role: This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer ready to transition into a leadership and business-building position. As Head of Property Law, you’ll be entrusted with developing the firm’s property law division—both in legal excellence and strategic growth.

Your role will include:

• Leading a diverse range of property matters including residential conveyancing, commercial transactions, leasing, and large-scale developments
• Building and mentoring your own team of lawyers and support staff
• Collaborating with senior leadership to execute growth plans and strengthen the firm’s market presence
• Driving innovation, service excellence, and client relationships

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ PAE in Property Law (private practice)
• Solid background across a mix of property matters
• A leadership mindset and ambition to grow a division
• Commercially focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members
• Admitted to practise in Australia
