Our ambition The Opportunity We are seeking a Solicitor to join our award-winning Band 1 Real Estate team in Brisbane. You will be working with industry-leading and highly ranked Partners Luke Simpson and Julie Jankowski, as well as other partners and teams across the national Real Estate practice. The team acts for many large local and overseas based property developers, investors, government agencies and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia. You will work on all types of transactions and projects from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects, across all asset classes including commercial office, logistics, retail, build to rent, hotels & leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy. Joining our Real Estate team means becoming an integral part of a highly collaborative and supportive environment. Your contributions will not only enhance the exceptional culture of our Brisbane office but also contribute to the broader success of our market-leading Real Estate practice. To be successful in this role, you will have: demonstrable experience in transactional real estate, from a leading top or mid-tier, national or boutique specialist firm admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand 2-4 years of post-admission experience an excellent academic record first-class attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to comprehend intricate legal matters a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team; and a hunger to learn and develop and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice. an innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
